PLEASE READ THE ARTWORK DESCRIPTION BEFORE COMMENTING
Edited the image of Denise, edited an image of New York's Manhattan skyline (that I added my own building designs over the top of the existing ones). I then added a new river and a sailing boat, before merging all images and tweaking the image.
